Vintage Metal Railroad Sign, Beware Rail Enthusiasts Disease Trains

Description

This came from a very old train collector, so I am assuming that it is an older style sign. No date on this one.
Very good shape with a few stains that may or may not come out. 90 out of 100 shape.
A few very minor scuffs that are hard to see.
Nice heavy galvanized metal that measures exactly 8.25" X 7"
