Each cylinder head screw set is strictly manufactured to ensure zero defects-hardened and parallel ground washers are included with zero failures to ensure uniform load distribution and accurate torque readings.
Cylinder Head Stud Kit is made of 35 high tensile strength chromoly steel strict quality testing. With professional processing technology the surface is treated with black oxide finish and the old or damaged cylinder head bolt kits can be directly replaced.
These ARP studs are rated at 220,000 psi tensile strength, and provide the clamping force required to keep cylinder heads from lifting due to higher combustion pressures.
They are centerless ground to assure perfect concentricity.
Hardened parallel washers for an even load distribution and accurate torque reading
Broached stud ends install & make cylinder head removal easier
